A preparação para o BTCC de 2012 já começou e a equipa Team Dynamics não podia estar mais confiante. Após a sessão de testes em Brands Hatch Matt Neal (HRT) comentou:

"This is the first opportunity we have had to get behind the wheel to really see what the car has got. The team are really pleased with the results from the test at MIRA last week and I can't wait to finally start putting the car through its paces.

"It will be interesting to see how the car performs, but I'm optimistic that we'll walk away from today confident we have a championship winning car."

A próxima sessão de testes tem lugar em Donington Park no próximo dia 23 de Fevereiro.

Competitividade é um ingrediente fundamental neste campeonato, que é por tradição dos campeonatos de velocidade mais aguerridos, e será de especial importância para a Honda Racing Team uma boa campanha. A marca nipónica tem estado apagada do mundo da competição automóvel e as poucas participações, de certo modo envergonhas, não foram de todo sucessos. A aposta está agora nesta nova plataforma do Honda Civic o qual apresenta um aspecto algo peculiar mas...a beleza não ganha corridas.
